Jaime De Castro Garc\u00eda<\/h4>\n

\n Founding partner and director of the firm since 1998. Practising since 1990, he has extensive experience in Commercial, Corporate, Insolvency, Banking and Maritime Law, and is recognised as an excellent specialist in these areas.

\nFor twenty years he has been Professor of Civil and Commercial Law at the University School of Legal and Economic Studies of Campo de Gibraltar, attached to the University of Cadiz.

Ignacio De Castro Garc\u00eda<\/h4>\n

Graduate in Public Law<\/b><\/h5>\n
\n Practising lawyer since 2000, when he joined the firm as a partner.
He has worked mainly in the areas of Civil, Administrative, Criminal, Banking and Sports Law, defending and advising both companies and individuals.

\nHe coordinates the litigation department and directs the procedural strategy of the matters entrusted to the firm. He has extensive experience in defending clients before the courts, obtaining a high level of success.\n

\nHis level of competence in all areas of law is excellent. Araceli Pel\u00e1ez Rodr\u00edguez<\/h4>\n

\n He joined De Castro in 2008. He holds a Diploma of Specialisation in Insolvency Law from the University of Deusto. He continues to constantly complete his training in this field, having recently attended the VIII Andalusian Congress on Commercial and Insolvency Law and the conferences held in Cadiz on Labour Insolvency.

\n\nHis work mainly covers commercial, insolvency, civil and maritime law, areas in which he assumes full responsibility for advising and defending both large companies and individuals. He has in-depth knowledge of insolvency proceedings and the procedure for the preventive seizure of ships, among others.

She is particularly skilful and effective in resolving any type of problem affecting the client, whom she always informs accurately and punctually.
